2016 Global Ibogaine Conference Minidoc

In March 2016, I led the organization of the 2016 Global Ibogaine Conference. The conference featured speakers from around the world and across disciplines related to ibogaine therapy, Bwiti, harm reduction, psychotherapy, and drug policy. It was a landmark in the conversation, attracting about 300 participants to a beautiful and familial atmosphere in Tepoztlán, Mexico. Among the dozens of presentations we organized a number of workshops, including the first Basic Life support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification courses oriented towards screening, monitoring and emergency interventions around ibogaine.

Drug Reporter commissioned a team of film makers including Brun Balanced, Karina Muscarina, and Gabriel Amezcuato to produce this mini-documentary about the conference.
